Your loved one receives 24 private sessions with a trained Physical Therapist Assistant over 12 weeks.

What You’ll Need to Participate Virtually
The virtual version of the Let’s Keep Moving This Winter program is designed to be simple, accessible, and easy to complete from home. Most families already have everything required.

Laptop or desktop computer
It just needs a camera and microphone.

You don’t need high-speed internet — just a stable connection so we can see and hear each other clearly on Zoom.

This can be:
A living room
Bedroom
Kitchen area
Any open floor space
We’ll walk you through how to set up a safe environment at the first visit.

A kitchen or dining chair works perfectly — no wheels, no cushions.
We use the chair for:
Balance training
Sit-to-stand exercises
Seated strengthening
Safety during more challenging activities

You can use:
1–3 lb dumbbells
Water bottles
Soup cans
Light hand weights
We’ll let you know what weight to start with.
